Newly refurbished in 2007 to offer a level of comfort and luxury rarely found in this style of building offering a warm atmosphere with excellent facilities.
The chalet is situated in the tiny hamlet of Le Choseau, on the edge of Ardent next to the 60 metre high Cascade d'Ardent and overlooking Lac du Montriond with spectacular views of Roc d'Enfer.
Set in its own grounds and unseen by any other buildings you can experience the solitude and magnificence of the mountains while being just a few minutes drive away from the busy resorts of Morzine and Les Gets and only 90 minutes transfer from Geneva airport.
Walk just 400 metres to the Ardent telecabine and you have the best access to the centre of the massive Portes du Soleil ski lift system offering 650 kms of cross border skiing linking the resorts of Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz and Chatel in France and Morgins, Torgon, Champery and Crosets in Switzerland. |
Accommodation: | The accommodation is in four rooms, all with twin or super king size beds. The rooms are tastefully furnished with traditional alpine style furniture and savoyard materials. Each bedroom has an ensuite shower room and is equipped with a flatscreen satellite TV, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer.
The lounge features a stone fireplace, exposed ancient beams and low farmhouse doorways and is furnished with comfortable stylish sofas.
Watch a DVD movie on the surround sound home cinema or listen to your favorite CD. There is an extensive library of films and music to suit all tastes.
The spacious and charming wood paneled dining room with large oak table seats up to twelve people and has a cosy bar close to the log burner.
After the days skiing you can relax and enjoy a glass of champagne and a hydro-massage in our outdoor hot tub.
