Morzine is a fantastic option for your half term holiday with the family. Morzine is a fantastic resort for families for so many reasons ……
First of all is the short transfer time from the airport; only one and a half hours! Second of all, there is loads to do in the resort if you fancy some time away from the slopes or are looking for something to do in the evening. Morzine is not purpose built like many ski resorts and so has a great French town feel to it. There are loads of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. There are two cinemas, an ice rink and some great walks if you need to stretch your legs.
With regards to Morzine and the Portes Du Soleil ski area, it really does have something for EVERYONE. From nice, easy, well-pisted, gentle runs for children and beginners to black mogul fields, such as the Swiss wall, and extreme freestyle snow parks, the variety in endless. Morzine is part of the largest internationally linked ski area in the world and there are more pistes than anyone can manage in a week. What makes the skiing so special, apart from the size of the ski area, is how beautiful and scenic the skiing is. Tree lined pistes, dramatic cliffs and a fantastic breathe taking mountain range complete the scene.

This beautiful, modern chalet is sold without flights or transfers and has five en suite bed rooms. The chalet is always well priced and is a great choice for larger families who are happy for their children to share a triple room.
It is easy to access the Prodain cable car from the chalet as the resort bus stops close by the chalet. The Prodain cable car is one of the fastest ways to get to Avoriaz from Morzine.
