Skiing Christmas 2010
The Morzine area has a number of villages – Morzine, Les Gets and Avoiraz. . Morzine offers a fantastic variety of skiing terrain, making sure that all levels of skiers will find something for them. For those new to Christmas skiing, the Les Gets pistes are perfect as they are mild and not hard work on the thighs. For those after something a little more challenging, head towards the Swiss side of the Portes du Soleil, via Avoriaz and challenge your self on the infamous black piste named the ‘Swiss wall’. Do not fear, there is plenty of skiing for all levels in-between in the Morzine, Les Gets and the Avoriaz ski areas including beautiful tree runs from Avoriaz to the hamlet of Ardent and fast long runs down the Pleney side of Morzine leading in to the Morzine town itself.
Morzine is a great choice for Christmas, so if you need any more information, just give ski chalets Morzine a call.
